A: Please try these steps:

A: Please check:

Q: Rewarded ad watched but content not unlocked?
A: Please ensure:

Note: Deleting your account will not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. To cancel a subscription, please manage it in your App Store account settings.

A: Suggestions:
1. Check network connection
2. Free up device storage space
3. Restart the app
4. Use WiFi for best experience
Q: Does the app track my personal information?
A: We take privacy seriously. In short:
1. You can use most features without signing in; in that case favorites and preferences stay on your device and we do not try to identify you personally.
2. If you choose to sign in with email, Apple, or Google, your account information is processed securely by Firebase Authentication and used only for login and subscription sync.
3. We use Google AdMob for non-personalized ads and AppPackSubscriptionKit / RevenueCat to manage subscriptions; these providers handle necessary data under their own privacy policies.
4. We do not run our own backend database to store extra personal data and will never sell your information; with an active subscription the app stops requesting ads.
