• Pomodoro timer records and focus duration
• Reminder and notification preferences
• App settings and customization preferences

1.3 Subscription Information

For premium features, we process subscription data through RevenueCat, including:

• Subscription status and expiration dates
• Purchase history (managed by Apple and RevenueCat)

1.4 Technical Information

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and crash reports (for debugging purposes)
• Anonymous usage analytics to improve app performance

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the PlandoPro service
• Sync your tasks across your devices via Firebase/Firestore
• Send you task reminders and notifications (with your permission)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• Firebase/Firestore: All task data is stored in Google's secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest
• Local Storage: Some data is cached locally on your device for offline access
• Access Control: Your data is isolated per user account and only accessible by you

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We only share data with the following service providers necessary for app functionality:

• Google Firebase: For authentication and data synchronization
• RevenueCat: For subscription management (they do not access your task data)
• Apple: For push notifications and in-app purchases

These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and only process data as instructed by us.

5. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data within the app at any time
• Modification: Edit or update your tasks and settings freely
• Deletion: Delete individual tasks or your entire account at any time through the Settings page
• Export: Request a copy of your data (contact us at the email below)
• Opt-out: Disable notifications and analytics in app settings

6. Data Retention

• Active account data is retained as long as your account exists
• When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Backup copies are removed from our systems within 90 days

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of PlandoPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
